More effort, please.
Also, we're making it a policy to not allow 16 year olds as 'core raiders' if you will. There are a handful of 16 year olds that have no problem with their parents, but time and time again we see the same 'I have to go or mom will cancel WoW' shit being pulled on us.
Can you prove your ability to consistently make raids? Please not that if you are extended an invite your attendance will be monitored, including days where you 'have to go' and will be a HUGE if not sole factor in deciding your ability to raid with us (even if you kick ass at your class, know all fights, if you can't make it or have to leave repeatedly, then you're out). This also includes time where you would have to have been gone no matter what age (vacation, birthday, etc) so take that into consideration when you decide you want to start your application... anyone can make up things to hide for the fact that they have mom aggro.
What else....
Oh and on the last patch:
Prayer of Healing: The percentage of spell power this spell gains in healing (per target) has been reduced from 80.7% to 52.6%. Penance: Cooldown increased to 12 seconds, up from 10 seconds Inspiration: The buff from this ability now reduces the physical damage taken by the target by 3/7/10% instead of increasing the target's armor.
It may not effect how you play, but it is still something that has changed about your class.
